RFAST – Resilience First Aid Safety Training is the perfect way to commence the collaborative process required by policy and legislation to develop your organisations psychosocial risk management plan.

RFAST introduces staff to psychosocial hazards (measured through the JSECC – click to see sample report) in the context of mental health promotion, prevention and personal resilience (Measured through the PR6 – click to see sample report).

The primary objective of the Resilient Safe organisations approach is to efficiently and effectively identify psychosocial hazards and collaboratively develop and implement a Psychosocial Risk Management Plan.
